4月15日上午拍卖结束，最终以98.6万元的价格被拍出。这次拍卖共吸引101人参加，拍卖总共经历40轮出价。

为何这套房子会被再次拍卖？负责该起拍卖的四川某拍卖公司一名工作人员告诉现代快报记者：“第一次成功竞拍的人，是因为不在成都生活，家里又着急用钱，所以把房子拿出来拍卖了。”该工作人员表示，第二次中拍的竞拍人，是想贷款购买房子，但没有贷款成功，所以没能支付房款，并不存在其他隐情。</p><p class="f_center"><img
