 <p>3月8日是国际劳动妇女节，2026年妇女节恰逢中国春运期间。在位于江西南昌的南铁南昌电务段南昌西动车组运用二所动车组车载设备维护工区，有一支由17名女职工组成的巾帼班组，负责动车组车载设备的检修维护工作。动车组车载设备被称为高铁列车的 “中枢神经”，直接关系行车安全。春运期间列车开行密集，检修任务繁重。巾帼班组的职工严谨细致完成每一次检修，用坚守与专业筑牢安全防线，为平安春运贡献她们的力量。图为3月5日，巾帼班组成员祝漫漫（左）和江小敏（右）在一辆动车组列车的司机室内对车载设备状态进行检查和确认。从车顶到车内再到车底的各项设备设施，一辆动车组列车如果进行完整的检修，每次需要耗时两个多小时。</p>
